10 Longest Tenured TNA Stars

10. Mr. Anderson - 5 Years

There was a time when it seemed like Ken Anderson was going to be the next breakout star in the WWE. He had the look, the charisma and the talent to take him all the way to the top, but after numerous setbacks, suspensions and injuries, WWE cut their losses and released him from his contract. Six months later, he arrived on the scene at TNA debuting on their first pay-per-view after the promotion's aggressive push into Monday nights. He was immediately catapulted into the main event fray with high profile angles involving the likes of Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy and Sting. Anderson spent much of 2011 in an uphill battle against Jeff Hardy and the stable Fortune in his efforts to receive a TNA World Heavyweight Championship match. When he finally got his shot against Hardy, he defeated him for the title, but would lose it back to The Charismatic Enigma just over a month later. Most recently, he€™s teamed up with the rookie wrestler Chris Melendez, a former Army Sergeant who lost his leg in Iraq. Anderson helped Melendez achieve his dream of becoming a professional wrestler despite his handicap, and now he€™s taken the Army vet under his wing both in and out of the ring.
