10 Longest Women's Championship Reigns In WWE History

2. Rockin' Robin

Championship Held €“ Women€™sLength of Longest Reign €“ 502 Days As mentioned earlier, Rockin€™ Robin defeated Sensational Sherri on an episode of Prime Time Wrestling in Paris, France to end Sherri€™s 441-day title reign. What I didn€™t mention was that this was the beginning of Robin€™s own incredibly long reign, which spanned 502 days until she left the company in 1990. The title was retired for 3 years following Robin€™s departure and she is still in possession of this belt (according to her Wikipedia page at least) as a new belt was brought in when the Championship was belatedly brought out of retirement. Interestingly, given that Robin only joined the WWE in 1987 and left again in 1990, she was the Women€™s Champion for roughly half of the time she was under contract with the organisation, a pretty impressive feat it has to be said. And it wasn€™t just her wrestling abilities that Robin brought to the WWE too, as she also sang the national anthem at the beginning of WrestleMania V.
