10 Longest Women's Championship Reigns In WWE History

4. Sensational Sherri

Championship Held €“ Women€™sLength of Longest Reign €“ 441 Days Sherri€™s impressive 441 day title reign started in July 1987, when she defeated The Fabulous Moolah at a live event in Houston, Texas. Sherri€™s title reign came to an end over a year later in October 88, when she was defeated by Rockin€™ Robin on an episode of Prime Time Wrestling (which took place in Paris, France). Despite having such an impressive run with the title, Sherri is perhaps better remembered by wrestling fans for her work in the years which followed losing the title when she managed some of the company€™s all-time greats, including Macho Man Randy Savage, Ted DiBiase and Shawn Michaels. As a reward for her years of service over her illustrious career, Sherri was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2006. Tragically, she died in June 2007, following a drug overdose.
