10 Longest WWE Cruiserweight Championship Reigns Ever

4. Jamie Noble - 147 Days

Another one-run wonder, Jamie Noble at least brought something interesting to the Cruiserweight division character-wise. He had a fairly entertaining trailer-park gimmick going at the time, with Tough Enough winner Nidia by his side.

He won the title by defeating The Hurricane in June 2002.

After feuding with Tajiri and Billy Kidman, the latter would end Noble's 147-day run at Survivor Series. Noble's character work would continue to evolve after losing the belt, gaining an inheritance and turning heel after a brief face run by using Nidia's fake blindness to his advantage.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
