10 Longest WWE Cruiserweight Championship Reigns Ever

3. Chavo Guerrero Jr - 154 Days

If Rey Mysterio is the first babyface that comes to mind when thinking of the Cruiserweight division, Chavo Guerrero would be the heel an the opposite side of the ring. Chavo had six reigns with the belt, and his last one would prove to be the longest.

It, as with many latter day reigns, would end in fairly questionable circumstances. Chavo defended the strap in a six-man Cruiserweight open at The Great American Bash in 2007 (senseless multi-man matches were a common theme in the latter days of the title), losing the belt to none other than Hornswoggle.

Hornswoggle would be the final Cruiserweight Champion. Yup.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
