2. Randy Savage Defeats Crush (WrestleMania X)

On the topic of blacklisted former talents, Randy Savage's final WrestleMania match is something that should've been celebrated and presented as a much bigger deal than it was. Though the company couldn't have known WrestleMania X would be Savage's last, his in-ring future had already been decided by Vince McMahon - which is to say that the Macho Man had none, at least not in the WWF.

This was a major factor in Savage jumping to WCW later that year.

Knowing what Vince's plans were (or were not), Savage's final performance could've been presented as incredibly special and at the very least, recalled a bit more often in hindsight. Granted, Savage vs. Crush was a featured match on the card, but it still falls short of how the Macho Man's legacy should have been concluded. Another main event run surrounding WrestleMania X would not have been too far-fetched.

Even as it stands, it was WrestleMania X, WWE's first ever Falls Count Anywhere match, and at Madison Square Garden; Savage's final WWF match is absolutely a top "Lost WrestleMania Moment".
