5. The Ultimate Warrior Vs. Goldust (In Your House 7)

It's easy to forget just how long Goldust has been around WWE. Dustin Rhodes first signed with the company in 1990, and while he has been in and out five times since then, he's one of the current roster's most tenured performers. Unfortunately, some of his most prominent work is definitely best left in the past, with this 1996 clash with The Ultimate Warrior ranking among the worst matches of his career.

Goldie's Intercontinental Title was on the line, but he didn't want to face Warrior, who'd only just returned to the company a few weeks prior. Thus, the champ spent the opening 10 minutes stalling and avoiding. He'd continually leave and re-enter the ring and go for rope breaks whenever his opponent came near him: smart heel tactics, but it made for turgid viewing.

Warrior eventually got sick of this. He blasted Goldust with big clothesline towards the end, but the champ rolled out of the ring, got counted out, and preserved his title reign. The crowd stayed hot throughout, but on tape, Goldust vs. Warrior is only effective as a cure for insomnia. A dire non-match, it saw Warrior spend more time smoking a cigar than actually wrestling.

Yes, really...
