10 Major Revelations From CM Punk vs WWE Doctor Trial

1. He Doesn’t Want To Wrestle Again

Yep, if there’s one thing we all need to learn from this entire debacle - aside from that someone saying that you suck at your job does not entitle you to nearly $4million - is that CM Punk does not have any intention of wrestling again. At least not any time soon.

Punk, in a statement on to Nick Hausman immediately outside of the courtroom, talks very matter-of-factly about wanting to move on with his life and doesn’t even crack a smile when asked if he’s “All In”.

Plus, judging by his testimony (and I’ve been through all 6 days of it) the end of his time in WWE looks to have eroded whatever love he had of performing on those stages. He was a wreck physically and mentally, and has spent the years since trying to carve a new and better life for himself.

You never say never, but after reading about him tearing up on the stand when trying to talk about 2014, you suspect he’s much better off now than he would be back in the ring.
