9. Becky Lynch Goes Heel Again

The wrestling rumour mill says Trish Stratus is heading for a sensational heel turn and feud opposite Becky Lynch over the summer. That's hardly the most obvious role for a legend like Trish to play in 2023, so WWE might pivot and go with Becky Lynch in the villain spot instead.

Yes, again.

Let's be honest here, it'd be a hell of a lot easier for folks to hate on a 'Big Time Becks' reprisal than boo one of the women credited with pushing women's wrestling forward during the bra and panties days. Stratus has worked as a heel before, but that was waaaaaay back in 2004.

Becky turning her back on Lita once they lose the Women's Tag-Team belts, and Trish then rushing to her pal's aid, does make sense but...man, it'd be so boring. Lynch has some babyface goodwill again, so tossing that away for one solitary program against a part-timer like Stratus doesn't sound like the right call.
