10 Major WWE Superstars That Hated Vince McMahon

10. Goldberg

Unfortunately the dream of Bill Goldberg in the WWE and the reality couldn't have been further apart. The former NFL pro actually entered the company in legendary fashion, by announcing his arrival with a hellacious spear to The Rock on the post-WrestleMania XIX episode of Raw. As promising as his debut appeared, Goldberg€™s time within the WWE started diminishing the moment his feud with The Rock concluded. Four months after Goldberg annihilated The People€™s Champion, he was defeated in an Elimination Chamber match at SummerSlam. In that very moment, the belief in the Goldberg character lessened and the rest of his time within the company became very lacklustre to say the least. WCW had previous shown Goldberg to be an unstoppable monster, demolishing anybody that dared to step into the ring with him - at one time his record stood at 173-0. Frankly, by showing the world that he was beatable so soon into his WWE career destroyed the insuppressible illusion that generated Goldberg€™s popularity in the first place. Goldberg was far from happy with McMahon€™s handling of his character and expressed his thoughts through Fox 23 Tulsa News; stating: "I can't really say anything positive about the man. It's like working for a carny. It's like working for a carny who is driven only by his ego. Business is out of the window as evidenced by what he did with my character. So I don't have a positive thing to say about that guy."
