10 Major WWE Superstars That Hated Vince McMahon

Dustin Rhodes is an incredibly talented wrestler and it is highly debated as to whether the strange, creepy Goldust gimmick allowed Rhodes an extensive time in the WWE or simply prevented him from reaching the top. Let€™s face facts, there was no way in hell that McMahon would have contemplated pushing a character like Goldust into the main event picture, particularly when competing for ratings against WCW. Therefore, Rhodes struggled to ever advance beyond being a mid-card wrestler. Rhodes€™ time within the WWE has been extremely sporadic and remains so even to this day - the wrestler has been fired three times and quit on two occasions. Which as you would expect, has had a huge affect on Goldust€™s feelings towards his employer, Mr McMahon. On frequent spells away from the company, Rhodes has had no qualms about expressing his hatred towards Vince. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XtWWTT1qsaU In the linked video, Goldust explains that the lack of empathy towards Owen Hart€™s death angered Rhodes greatly and crushed all respect he once had for the WWE Chairman. At WWE€™s 1999 Over the Edge PPV, Hart tragically fell to his death when an elaborate entrance went terribly wrong. Due to the nature of the tragedy, a prompt decision was required about the remaining matches within the event. McMahon instructed everybody to continue with the show, which unsurprisingly shocked and disappointed many people, including Goldust.
