10 Managers WWE Must Use

3. Finlay - The Bar

Fit Finlay already came out of retirement once, and he wound up being one of the highlights of WWE television for the better part of five years. He's still around as a road agent, and can frequently be seen breaking up backstage brawls, most recently AJ Styles' pre-WrestleMania assault on Shane McMahon. He's a legendarily tough guy, and probably the only guy fit (HA!) to manage Sheamus and Cesaro.

While The Bar has developed one Hell of a mean streak in recent weeks, Finlay could help hone that into a hardened, professional kind of brutality. Sure, Sheamus and Cesaro were able to defeat the entirety of Raw's tag team division at once, but they made the mistake of letting them walk out under their own power.

Plus, with Finlay back at ringside, chances are that the greatest spot of all time -- trapping a guy in the apron and forearming his kidneys into pulp -- will make its long-awaited return.
