10 Match Quality Predictions For AEW All Out

6. Darby Allin Vs. Joey Janela Vs. Jimmy Havoc - Cracker Barrel Clash

PAC Kenny Omega
AEW

This match is going to be absolutely, preposterously violent - a three-way dance that might see off Jim Cornette once and for all.

It is as close as anybody will ever get to his Nightmare Match - perhaps only Ricky Morton touching Joey Ryan's d*ck on a GCW show would inspire an even more apoplectic conniption fit - and as such should be a terrifying hoot, provided it doesn't go too long.

The 'Cracker Barrel Clash' deal - the match is sponsored by a corporation and may necessitate some sort of silly barrel roll spot, which might undermine the tone - is rather weird. Somebody is most certainly going to do something with that barrel, and it's going to look as painful as Homer Simpson breaking his back over a fire hydrant. Joey Janela enjoys landing in awful places after a missed senton. Perhaps he or Havoc will roll it in the way of Darby Allin when he performs his coffin drop signature. Whatever happens, this is going to explode immediately, and was essentially booked purely to allow all three men to badly hurt one another in a series of crazed, convoluted sequences.

As hot as the crowd will be, it might be best to watch this on mute, because Jim Ross will definitely complain out loud that the referee is pointless and they're all doing way too much.

Projected Star Rating: ***3/4
