6. The Rock Vs. Stone Cold (WrestleMania X-Seven)

The Rock and Steve Austin contested a fair few battles during their respective careers, they were familiar opponents. One of the most fraught encounters came at WrestleMania X-Seven, an event considered to be one of the best 'Mania shows of all time. Rock and Austin met in the main event of the pay-per-view, and all hell would promptly break loose in front of over 60,000 people live. Austin's 'Stone Cold' character had a unique toughness to it, making him the object of desire for many women. Similarly, The Rock had a more clean cut and classically handsome look to him. Those aesthetics meshed well at WrestleMania, and it didn't hurt that both guys were more than willing to brawl heavily around ringside and beat the living crap out of one another. One thing that might work in the favour of those inviting someone to watch this one is that it remains one of the most exciting main events of all time. The idea of people coming together to watch something dramatic and subsequently getting it on is age old, and there are few more exciting matches than The Rock's battles against Steve Austin.
