Triple H and Shawn Michaels prove that the best of friends in real life make for the best of enemies in the world of pro wrestling.

Michaels and The Game had been involved in a bitter rivalry ever since HBK's return to the ring in the summer of 2002 and it all came to a head in a bloody Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood 2004.

The match, which went over 47 minutes long, closed out the show in dramatic fashion, with Hunter vanquishing his foe in an absolute bloodbath.

Considering the standing of these two men backstage in WWE, it's hardly surprising that this match was given so much build and so much time on the show. This match was even given the main event slot of the show, ahead of Chris Benoit defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Kane.

Whilst there are some hidden gems in this show, it was all about the main event and that fact is still true when remembering the pay-per-view today.
