5. Charlie Sheen Awarded 'Top Social Media Ambassador'
What on earth was all this about? Charlie Sheen was named as WWE's 'Top Social Media Ambassador' in 2012 after appearing on the 1000th episode of Raw. Being beamed in live via Skype, Sheen would make fun of Daniel Bryan for taking a Rock Bottom. For the remainder of the show, Bryan and Sheen would exchange insults and challenges for a fight. Nothing would come of all these verbal matches however. Fast forward to the end of the year and the 2012 Slammys rolled round. Sheen was joined by fellow nominees, and bastions of social media, Mike Tyson, The Muppets and Arnold Schwarzenegger in what must be the most random award ever dished out at the Slammys. WWE were obviously going to the furthest lengths to capitalise of Sheen's "winning" publicity of that year.
