10 Mistakes WWE Better Not Make Before WrestleMania 34

6. Thinking Ronda Rousey Will Solve Everything

Don't get us wrong, Ronda Rousey coming to WWE is a massive coup for the promotion. The former UFC fighter is a megastar, has crossover appeal and fits the mould of pushing female athletes forwards. At the same time, WWE have to be careful they don't put all their eggs in one Rousey-shaped basket.

Beneath the excitement of the first ever female Royal Rumble, there are some niggling problems with the women's divisions on both brands. Stories have started to degenerate into the same slanging matches between ladies who are supposed to be role models; the genuine competition Charlotte Flair vs. Sasha Banks displayed in 2016 has all-but-disappeared.

Rousey won't change that if she's written into a spat with Stephanie McMahon before WrestleMania. She'll only take TV time away from the full-time women and end up doing the same sort of thing they're asked to do.

Ronda is an asset, but she's not a saviour.
