10 Mistakes WWE Better Not Make Before WrestleMania 34

5. Forgetting About Finn Bálor

Within 24 hours, Finn Bálor went from Royal Rumble 'Iron Man' to fall guy for John Cena all so WWE could fill a spot in the Elimination Chamber. This was a terrible idea. If anything, both Cena and Bálor should be in the Chamber match. Have Raw's writers forgotten that Finn was the first Universal Champion or something?

Let's hope this is all part of some master plan to facilitate Bálor's heel turn. If it's not though, he's just started 2018 off the same way he left 2017. There needs to be some sort of follow through when someone starts to get over, and Bálor is very much over with fans.

There's no sign of WWE getting in step with those reactions.

Bálor will look on from the outside at WrestleMania as AJ Styles works with Shinsuke Nakamura. It's all well and good saying 'oh, but WWE probably have a plan for him', as some fans on social media have hinted, but that doesn't mean anything until that plan actually airs on television.
