10 Mistakes WWE Better Not Make Before WrestleMania 34

3. Splitting Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

Uh oh: those were some seriously ominous signs on SmackDown between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. The pair only joined forces in early-October at Hell in a Cell, and their friendship is already showing cracks when it should still be in the honeymoon period.

There's no need for WWE to think about splitting KO and Sami, and yet they're teasing it.

Although the split probably won't happen before WrestleMania, it's slightly worrying that WWE are even dropping hints this early on. Transitioning out of presenting such a united front (one that was on show mere weeks ago) to this bickering angle because both want the title doesn't even make sense.

It was only at the Rumble that Owens and Zayn spoke of sticking it to Shane and AJ regardless of who held the WWE Title. What happened to that, and why have the creative team moved so quickly away from it? If this is all so WWE can book yet another KO vs. Sami match at 'Mania, it's a mistake.
