6. Paulo Costa
Paulo Costa is quite the exciting Middleweight prospect and his undefeated record - up until this point - speaks for itself. But that still doesn't stop the cocky Brazilian from talking himself up at any opportunity he gets.
As recently as his UFC 243 fan Q&A - following his victory over Yoel Romero at UFC 241 - Costa boldly proclaimed that current Middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya wouldn't survive '1 or 2 rounds' with him... oh, and he had the gall to do this in Adesanya's own backyard.
However, a potential fight between the two was scrapped towards the end of 2019. With 'The Eraser' fracturing his foot in the Romero fight and thus being put out of commission for eight months.
It may take a little longer than originally expected, but if Adesanya can put away the 'Soldier of God', surely we will see him take on the supremely arrogant Costa at some point in 2020.
If that fight does eventually come to fruition, don't expect to see too many fans getting behind the serial finisher and if the eventual fight ends up taking place in Australia - Adesanya's home continent - Costa may be in for a long night.
