2. Jeremy Stephens Decides To Take A Shot At Conor McGregor

Jeremy Stephens has been a stalwart of the UFC's lighter weight classes for over a decade now, having made his debut all the back in 2007 against Din Thomas at UFC 71. In the years that followed Stephens established himself as a solid talent, with almost inhuman knockout power, but never managed to climb to the top of the heap and position himself towards a title shot.

With all that in mind, you can understand how frustrating it could be for a veteran like Stephens to see Conor McGregor sign with the organisation after him, then embark on a winning streak that saw him become the most popular fighter in the history of the sport. So, when the pair were together at the UFC 205 press conference, Stephens took his opportunity to take aim at the Irishman.

"The real hardest hitting 145er, right here. This guy TKOs people. When I knock people out, they don't f*cking move!"

Unfortunately, Stephens' barb was severely misguided as Conor's reply of "Who the f*ck is that guy?" would become the lasting memory of Lil Heathen for many a casual fight fan.
