What's better than a match featuring a mad old man in face paint? One featuring two mad old men in face paint, of course!

The September 23rd 2022 Rampage ended with a huge no-DQ tag match between Sting and Darby Allin and The House of Black.

The match was fantastic, as wild and crazy as you'd expect from those involved. The craziest thing about the match went down towards the end of the encounter, when Buddy Matthews had Sting tied to a chair, ready to strike him with a baseball bat.

The lights cut out. Who was there? Malakai Black? The Undertaker? A different version of Sting? Nope, instead we got Japanese wrestling legend Keiji Mutoh, also known as The Great Muta.

Muta, an old rival of Sting's, looked like he was coming for revenge against the vigilante. Instead, he hit Matthews with his signature mist, getting the match back underway so the good guys could get the win.

How great it was to see an icon like Muta on American wrestling TV, even if it did come at the expense of some of Julia Hart's brain cells...
