Much like T-Bar, the man currently known as Butch is in much need of a character overhaul. After spending years as one of the best wrestlers in the United Kingdom, fans were excited to see Pete Dunne cross the Atlantic and show up in NXT. The Bruiserweight had a solid run on the black and gold brand, both as a singles wrestler and in partnerships with Matt Riddle, Ridge Holland and Pat McAfee.

That all changed when Dunne arrived on Friday Night SmackDown earlier this year. Gone was the maroon and white gear, trademark mouth guard, and any semblance of what made Pete Dunne so great in the eyes of the fans. Instead, what the WWE Universe met was a man who looked more like an extra for the show Peaky Blinders than a WWE superstar. The cartoonish character of Butch has Vince McMahon written all over him, and that's something Triple H should look to change immediately.

In this new era of WWE, Paul Levesque needs to allow every member of his roster to be used to their maximum potential. Pete Dunne may never main event WrestleMania, but allowing Butch to return to his former persona is the first step in revitalizing the career of one of the best wrestlers in the world, before it is too late.
