10 Most Anticipated CM Punk Matches We Want To See

4. Seth Rollins

He's been bruised by recent booking, scorned by WWE's fascination with a shiny new toy (Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend') and had his reputation tarnished by silly social media posts, but Seth Rollins is still one hell of a pro wrestler when he wants to be. A heel turn could be just the ticket he's looking for in 2020.

Opposing a strong babyface fans are happy to see again like Punk sounds excellent for Seth.

Don't forget the matches he put on in 2018. That Gauntlet performance on Raw, the series with Dolph Ziggler over the Intercontinental Title and his peerless rise as WWE's top babyface has been forgotten somehow. Punk could rescue Rollins from the same kind of mental torment and pressure to be the best (despite crap writing) he experienced before leaving in 2014.

Face it, they'd kill it in the ring together. As Tyler Black, Rollins was one of the new wave of workers replacing the likes of Punk and Samoa Joe when they left ROH for WWE and TNA respectively, and he's even better now.

Seth deserves the chance of a reprieve.
