2. The Rock Vs. Hollywood Hulk Hogan - WrestleMania XVIII

Icon vs. Icon. It really doesn't get much bigger than this. This match was so big that it took precedence over the WWE Undisputed Championship match between Chris Jericho and Triple H. It is popularly believed that Hogan/Rock should have gone on last as the crowd were visibly tired and nothing more than flat by the time Y2J and The Game took to the ring. Think of any sport and take the two biggest names from two different eras and pit them together. This is what this was, and then some. There isn't too many arenas in which such a match could be done. Nostalgia took over as Hogan, who was expected to be booed out of the building prior to the match, received a bigger pop than The Great One, who was jeered quite considerably. We'll more than likely never get to see anything like this ever again.
