10 Most Badass Wrestlers In The World Today

2. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar is the most credible fighter in American professional wrestling history.

His impeccable college wrestling pedigree brought immediate legitimacy when he transitioned to Sports Entertainment in 2000, then joined WWE's main roster two years later. An NCAA Division I heavyweight champion, he trod a similar path in WWE, then proved himself a massive draw and excellent fighter in the UFC, where he became struck gold in only his third fight. Granted, his lacklustre striking defence was found out in tilts with Cain Velasquez and Alistair Overeem, but who else has attained such pedigree in three different combat sports?

None of this would matter if his badassery didn't translate to WWE's kayfabe world, but it does, particularly since his 2012 return.

'The Beast Incarnate' has always come across like a bad motherf*cker, and this has gone through the roof upon ascending to special attraction status. There's a different vibe when Brock walks into a room. He's one of the few larger-than-life presences left in WWE and while fans understandably get tired with his part-time dominance, he's among the most convincing pro-wrestling maulers ever.
