WWE's best finishers aren't always the most logical.
That's true. As much as other favourites like the Styles Clash, Zig-Zag and F5 are all bad ass though, they look like they require some sort of cooperation from the victim - that's why they (and countless others) are immediately disqualified from this list. As good as those finishers from AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler and Brock Lesnar are, they just don't meet the criteria.
What is that criteria? Well, a realistic finisher must require next-to-no assistance from the person taking it to count. That leaves a lot more moves open for spots than you might think. This list alone features top rope dives, super-stiff strikes, painful-looking submissions and impact power moves that'd make one's eyes water.
As silly as it sounds when analysing an industry often obsessed with pushing the complete opposite, it's all about that believability. The other rule is that these moves must still look absolutely brutal and like they could realistically hurt.
