10 Most Bizarre Cameos By Wrestlers On TV Shows

7. Goldberg & Kevin Nash - Love Boat: The Next Wave

This was clearly supposed to be played for laughs, a fact that seems a little weird when you consider this episode occurred smack dab in the middle of their infamous WCW feud -- which would eventually put an end to Goldberg's undefeated streak -- and the storyline was meant to be the hottest in the promotion by a long shot.

So why did they put toss these two into a lukewarm, slapstick encounter on a lame Love Boat spin-off? Were they actively trying to turn Goldberg into a joke? (Considering the outcome of his feud with the now and the infamous "taser incident", that's not so unbelievable.)

They both play pro wrestlers, naturally, one of whom is on his honeymoon when his tag team partner shows up unexpectedly to ruin the day by supposedly flirting with the new bride. A scuffle ensues, generic wrestling maneuvers are used ad nauseam, and the plot diversion is over just as quickly as it began.

The appearance didn't help either Goldberg's or Nash's star burn any brighter outside of the ring, but luckily it didn't cause any lasting damage, either. (But don't worry, backstage politics would eventually take care of that.)
