10 Most Bizarre WWE Promo Images Of All Time

6. High Energy

Owen Hart never looked comfortable as part of the garish tag-team, High Energy. Alongside another mid card star, Koko B. Ware, the Canadian dressed in colourful baggy trousers and checkered head gear in the early-1990's. Koko's parrot, Frankie was even taken along for the ride, completing a unit that failed to really get going as a proper tandem. Part of the reason for that must have been that fans wouldn't know what to make of the duo. They were so incredibly cheesy, beaming smiles and directing a big thumbs up at everyone in this particular promotional picture. Even Frankie looks like he's getting in on the action, posing for the camera as he rests atop his owner's back. There's a good chance Owen was ribbed about this kind of shot in later years by those closest to him. Whilst his brother Bret was tearing the house down as a serious babyface, Owen was forced to act like a fool and come across as an unused extra from an MC Hammer video shoot. Whomever came up with those outfits should be ashamed of themselves.
