5. Al Snow
As both Avatar and Leif Cassidy, the guy in this particular promotional photograph didn't manage to get over in the WWF. Following a stint back in ECW, he put together a character that peaked Vince McMahon's interest, thus bringing him back into the fold. Al Snow was such an out-there gimmick that it was perfect for the 'Attitude' Era. That doesn't mean it wasn't bizarre. Much like many other entries on this list, there's so much to take in when looking at this Al Snow promo snap. His cherished mannequin head (know, fittingly as 'Head') is cheerfully being hoisted above his head, and he shows a rather menacing expression on his face. Meanwhile, there are bodyparts flying everywhere and a pair of naked mannequins looking on. Neither of those dummies have any arms, and this must rank as one of the most utterly weird babyface promo shots of all time. Fans regularly went wild for Snow, gleefully accepting his prompts that they chant for Head when asked, and waving their own mannequins around in the air. Imagine having this on your bedroom wall.
