10 Most Boring Wrestlers Of 2017

2. Tye Dillinger

Those 5 minutes Tye Dillinger spent in the 2017 Royal Rumble were the most dramatic of his entire year. Outside of keeping OCD sufferers happy by entering as #10 in the match and living up to his 'Perfect 10' nickname, Dillinger has done next-to-nothing other than act as cannon fodder for others on episodes of SmackDown.

To recap his year away from that brief Rumble spotlight, Tye beat Curt Hawkins on his proper main roster debut in April, feuded with Aiden English for a while during the Summer and acted as a third wheel at Hell In A Cell for Baron Corbin and AJ Styles. That United States Championship shot was as good as it got post-January.

It still didn't top the buzz surrounding him at the Rumble. If WWE thought fans shouting 'Ten! Ten! Ten!' was enough to maintain some sort of relevancy for Dillinger, they were wrong. He needs more than a catchy moniker that hasn't been justified in promos or with any sort of winning streak to explain why he's so "Perfect".
