Enhancement talent Mike Bell almost landed Perry Saturn on his head in their Jakked match of May 7, 2001.

This infuriated Saturn to such an extent that he fell over himself. The very second this botch registered with Saturn, he fell on his a*se, picked himself right back up, and launched a vicious assault all over Bell's face. The red mist fully descended, he heaved Bell through the ropes without a care for his safety. Bell landed head-first at a grotesque angle. To bring into focus the extent to which he has since improved, Kevin Kelly rather undersold the impact and the motive behind it by crying "Oh, man - right on his noggin!"

Valet Terri Runnels restored professionalism by talking Saturn back down from the brink. He acquiesced, and finished the match as planned.

The WWF, in turn, exacted their revenge on Saturn for endangering his opponent and bringing the company into disrepute. He was suspended for 30 days, and told under no circumstances to ever reveal the curtain in such a gruesome manner.

Swerve!

They paired him with a love interest in the form of a mop, because Vince McMahon.
