10 Most Charitable Wrestlers
7. Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns gets booed… a lot. Perhaps the next time you consider doing so, think of all the wonderful charity work he puts in with his pull as a WWE superstar.
Reigns made the #14 spot in dosomething.org’s 2015 ‘Athletes Gone Good List’, joining the likes of fellow WWE superstar John Cena. Reigns also participated in an auction for charitybuzz.com, with proceeds going to the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund, which helps the families of fallen police and firefighters.
Reigns has used his impressive demeanor to fight bullying through the Be-A-Star campaign and has even replaced his wrestling boots with dancing shoes, as he participated in the show ‘Dancing with the Knoxville Stars’ to benefit the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. He also makes many appearances for WWE for the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation.
While 'The Guy' leaves a nasty taste in the mouths of many fans, at the end of the day, he's using his name to do some really positive things for the world.
