Michelle McCool makes it onto this list for her part in one of the WWE's most controversial angles, her feud with Mickie James. In late 2009, McCool and sidekick Layla ruled the divas division as a pair of bullying heels. Their worst harassment was reserved for babyface Mickie James, whom they labelled 'Piggy James', reducing her to tears and sparking a media backlash. Although a despicable angle (and one entirely at odds with the company's current 'Be A Star' anti-bullying programme), McCool avoids a higher placing on this list as it's unclear how much of the storyline was actually her idea. The likeliest possibility is that Michelle was merely following orders, but sadly this doesn't stop her name from being immediately associated with one of the most notorious feuds in the history of the divas division.
