10 Most Dangerous Spots At WWE WrestleMania

4. Edge Spears Jeff Hardy Off Of A Skyhook - WrestleMania 17

Six months before WrestleMania 17, Edge and Christian took on the Hardy Boyz in a ladder match on the first ever Monday Night Raw to be broadcast on TNN. During that match, Edge actually speared Jeff Hardy, who hung tough from the elevated hook, all the way to the canvas. Not only did the spot look incredible, but it proved that it could be done if implemented on a bigger stage. Before nearly 68,000 fans at the greatest WrestleMania ever, Hardy, hands on the hook again, clenched his feet around a ladder's apex, only to have it pulled away by Bubba Ray Dudley. On the rebound, it'd be de ja vu with a thud. As Hardy swung back toward the middle of the ring, Edge leapt from more than half way up a 15-foot painter's ladder, spearing Hardy to the canvas from mid-air. The torrent of flashbulbs affirmed its status as a WrestleMania moment.
