The Game and Y2J make their second appearance on this list for their very disappointing 2002 feud. The two men had a great feud in 2000 which produced a phenomenal Last Man Standing match at Fully Loaded but things were very different a couple of years later. For a start, the heel and face dynamic was switched. Jericho was now the heel and Triple H the babyface. The Highlight of the Night had turned a few months prior during the WCW/ECW Invasion and was the shock choice for first Undisputed WWE Champion, defeating both The Rock and Steve Austin in the same night at Vengeance. Not long after Vengeance, The King of Kings made his triumphant return to an earth-shattering reaction in MSG on Raw. After winning the Royal Rumble he was on a collision course for Jericho and the Undisputed Title. Guess what? Jericho was paired up with Stephanie McMahon to make it yet another McMahon family feud. Jericho essentially had to play second fiddle to the Billion Dollar Princess' marital woes and clean up her dog Lucy's poop. The upshot was that their WrestleMania main event had no heat (it didn't help that they had to follow Rock and Hogan). Jericho has said in his book Undisputed that the angle was doomed, since Triple H didn't want to show much weakness and insisted on being booked strong. Their return match in Hell in a Cell at Judgement Day was pointless, too - Triple H had already won the feud decisively by that point.
