Stephanie McMahon has developed into such a powerful on-screen presence that it may be difficult to remember a time when she was a glorified valet.

Fresh off of a stunning marriage to Triple H in November 1999, and the revelation that the entire thing was an orchestrated plot to drive her father Vince out of power and take over the company, she began accompanying her spouse to the squared circle for his biggest matches.

Whether she was by his side, celebrating WWE Championship victories over Big Show and The Rock, or interfering on his behalf during grudge matches with Chris Jericho, Stephanie was an essential piece of the Triple H puzzle.

She was that one final element that allowed The Game to become the industry icon that so many had hoped he would be. Without her presence at ringside, he may never have finally gotten over the hump and become the lead villain that he did.

Even today, Stephanie continues to accompany him to the ring for his most important matches, the spoiled Queen of WWE to his King of Kings. And just as it was some 16 years ago, her presence at ringside is as distracting and fitting as ever.
