10 Most Effective Valets In WWE History

2. Sensational Sherri

The top two valets on are list are the yin and yang of the role.

Coming in at No. 2 is Sensational Sherri, a real heel of a valet who regularly found herself paired with some of the most recognisable stars the industry has produced.

A wrestler herself, she knew exactly what to do and how to do it to generate the loudest and most sustained reaction imaginable. She was a natural heat magnet, the likes of which is rarely seen.

Perhaps the most impressive run of her career in WWE came as the valet for "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Fresh off of a babyface run as world champion, Savage was still generating a hero's welcome, even after turning on Hulk Hogan and losing the title.

That all changed with the genesis of the Savage-Sherri relationship. That the Sensational One had replaced the beloved Elizabeth was unforgivable. She was so loud, obnoxious, dark and unlikable that fans had no problem greeting her with choruses of boos in arenas all over the country.

She was instrumental in breathing life into the "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase after years of questionable booking depleted him of his heat. Then there was Shawn Michaels, whose entire Heartbreak Kid character worked right out of the gate because Sherri, who had only been paired with credible main eventers to that point, was by his side.

Sherri may have been an accomplished wrestler, and a woman as tough as her male counterparts, but the bulk of her Hall of Fame induction in 2006 can be attributed to what she accomplished as a manager.

Unfortunately for her, the accomplishments she enjoyed in that role are often overshadowed by the No. 1 entry on our list.
