Probably the longest squash match in history, this was 16 minutes of pure victimisation by Brock Lesnar. Lesnar trucking dudes is nothing new, but on this night Lesnar went from a legitimate combat athlete to terrifying demi-god of WWE violence. What was most shocking was that the victim was none other than WWE's most beloved hero, John Cena.

Over the course of those 16 minutes Cena was suplexed, thrown, and F5d into oblivion. He mustered up next to nothing in response. This was backyard professional wrestling at its most backyard, one wrestler hitting another wrestler with big move after big move because why bother with a side headlock?

This was the professional wrestling equivalent of the heartbreaking documentary scene where a pair of orcas toy with a seal. Lesnar plays with what looks like John Cena for 16 minutes, before deciding enough is enough and heading to the showers.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
