From start to finish, this match is steeped in even more cringe when reviewed a decade later. Even the commentary is wince-worthy, with Jerry Lawler making fat jokes about Vickie Guerrero, and 'King' and Jim Ross pretending to be excited about “SnookieMania”.

The night’s penultimate match, based around a reality star, unsurprisingly hasn’t aged well.

While it mercifully lasted under four minutes, it was a great injustice to the wrestlers involved that they didn’t have more fulfilling roles on ‘The Grandest Stage of Them All'. While there were brief moments of excitement from Trish Stratus and John Morrison, the match was hampered at the booking stage, leaving little the talent could do to turn it around. Snookie won for her team with a cartwheel splash and was the centre of the celebration.

The match was absolutely reviled in the arena, with Stratus, who was gracious and supportive of her reality TV partner, especially given the short straw with this booking. Though her legacy is untainted, it is disappointing that this encounter remains her last match on a WrestleMania supercard.
