6. Kimberly Page
The woman who was started life as one of The Diamond Dolls got her start in professional wrestling alongside Diamond Dallas Page, acting as his valet during the mid-1990s era of WCW. During this period she was a part of Pages feuds with Dave Sullivan and Marc Mero, eventually being won by Mero in a match with DDP. Upon being granted her freedom from Page she went on to manage Mero and The Booty Man, who was Brutus Beefcake in a truly horrendous gimmick, before disappearing in 1996. She would re-emerge during the height of the Monday Night Wars, once again as DDPs valet as he battled against the NWO. This period didnt last long though and Kimberly would soon go on to make her true lasting impact on the wars when she formed the Nitro Girls. It could be argued that WCW didnt take full advantage of the women on their roster. However the Nitro Girls offered the company something a little bit different to the women in the WWE and the group eventually went on to have their own PPV. Though Kimberly would leave the group at the tail end of the Monday Night Wars, its formation still marks a high point for WCW in regards to its use of women in the period and was one of the most entertaining parts of Nitro during its early years.
