1. Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton's 2022 came to an end with a Lights Out loss to Wendy Choo and a spell on the sidelines due to a head injury. Oh, what a difference a year makes.

Returning to NXT TV in January, slowly but surely Stratton clocked up relatively standard, short wins; all as she doubled down on her rich, arrogant, obnoxious, entitled heel persona. Those four or five-minute matches are one thing, but Tiffy's in-ring work then began to really shine through when afforded the chance to show her skills in longer contests against the likes of Roxanne Perez, Indi Hartwell, and Lyra Valkyria - with Stratton defeating Valkyria for the vacant NXT Women's Title at the Battleground PLE.

That reign as the NXT Women's Champion may have been brought to a halt by Becky Lynch four months later, but in her two matches against the Man, Stratton proved she can more than hold her own against one of the very best in the game.

Of course, Tiffany Stratton also has one of the most beautiful finishers in the industry right now with her Prettiest Ever Moonsault. And to think, Stratton's just 24 years of age and has only been doing this for two years. The sky really is the limit for the Minnesota native.
