4. Hulk Hogan Throws A Fit (1992)

Though widely regarded as one of the greatest Rumbles ever, the 1992 incarnation was blighted, somewhat, by Hulk Hogan taking a temper tantrum, with the red-and-yellow legend (a babyface) spitting his dummy out after being eliminated and grabbing Sid Justice (a heel) by the arm, allowing Ric Flair to take the win.

Per Sid Himself, Hogan's in-character sh*t-fit turned into a real-life one once he got backstage.

Speaking on a 2018 episode of Prime Time with Sean Mooney, Sid accused 'The Hulkster' of "behaving like a woman" after the Rumble. "We get back to the dressing room and Hogan is screaming," he said, "and he's screaming at Vince McMahon: 'he set this up! He made this happen'", accusing 'The Man Who Rules the World' of engineering the dodgy elimination. This was enough to prompt a disgruntled Sid to walk away from the company completely.

Telling Vince McMahon that he "cannot work in a place where grown men act like women," Sid offered a hand but the Chairman wouldn't shake it. He was convinced to stay until just after WrestleMania VIII, where Hogan defeated him via disqualification, while Hulk was out of the company the following year himself.
