10 Most Infamous Wrestling Losing Streaks

4. Tyler Breeze

Though he was over in NXT, Tyler Breeze was never a perfect fit for the league - instead acting as a thin glass ceiling through which the latest Indy darling would smash as a means of introduction.

His preening heat magnet, Zoolander-esque shtick was custom-built for the exaggerated main roster landscape...in theory, at least. Breeze debuted and commenced hostilities with Dolph Ziggler - even defeating him at Survivor Series 2015 - but he lost both rematches in another rote example of the perils of 50/50 booking. He then amicably parted ways with valet Summer Rae at the end of the year. It was almost as if there was zero plan for his call up, and was plucked from NXT on a mercy basis because it was felt he'd been there long enough.

And yet, Triple H will tell you that he's reluctant to promote NXT stars without a sufficient plan in place.

Breeze's main roster career, somehow, devolved from there. Purportedly annoying officials by leaving a TV taping early in January 2016 - despite seeking permission to do so - Breeze, for whom creative had no real plans, anyway, was jobbed out an astonishing 49 consecutive times within six months of his RAW debut.

Things look better now - but he's not much more than comedic foil, essentially.
