I might be wrong, but it appears that this first rollup in Overtime is what busted up Sasha Banks' face. Charlotte was trying to lock in Sasha's leg for a submission like she'd been trying for much of the match and the pin really was a great way to counter out of it.
As Charlotte pushed Sasha away from her after the two count, her left leg appeared to be awfully close to her face as she rolled away. Banks visibly favored her nose right after this and the blood started pouring shortly after.
