Jordan Devlin isn't exactly Brock Lesnar but he did channel his inner Beast Incarnate in this moment. Playing the part of Randy Orton was Danny Burch, who's head was opened up the hard way. Jordan might've used his foot rather than an elbow but the same bloody result occurred.
The referee even counted the pinfall even though Burch thought the match would've still continued. Perhaps he wasn't aware of what was going on in the back of his head.
