At Money In The Bank 2014, Seth Rollins was not the Architect of his own literal downfall. He found himself completely at the mercy of the unconnected bridge structure following Kofi Kingston's back body drop.

The initial contact was sufficiently powerful to dislodge the horizontal ladder, enforcing Rollins to take a sort of gross bonus bump on his way down to the canvas. His momentum gathering pace, Rollins almost found himself bouncing head-first towards it. Only his instincts and experience allowed him to soften his fall with a last-second out-stretched hand. This was WWE's version of Homer Simpson's cascade down the Springfield Gorge, only not at all funny.

It probably should have caused a re-think to the dangerous and convoluted nature of these inexorable moments of danger - but since many of these list entries took place in the years since, it did not.
