1. Vicious Headbutt
I'd still love to hold out hope that this is all a work, but it doesn't look like that's so. Katsuyori Shibata legit headbutted Kazuchika Okada during their IWGP Heavyweight Championship Match so hard that he caused an instant stream of blood to appear. Sadly, he was bleeding internally as well.
The technical term is subdural hematoma and it means there's bleeding under the skull but outside of the brain. NJPW did report that Shibata underwent surgery as a result of this.
As for the match itself, it was fantastic. Shibata didn't win but the fan support for him near the end of this bout was uproarious. Let's hope he can recover fully to enjoy many more main events.
