1. Twist Of Fate Into A Volcano
The ending to Tag Team Apocalypto was ridiculous but to be fair, it was the main event of an overall ridiculous night of Impact. It was both absurd and fantastic and made for great television.
Sure, this ventures into the cartoonish but any time Crazzy Steve takes a Twist of Fate into a volcano then gets erupted into the middle of the ring then that's topping the list of the most insane spots of the week. There's really no other option.
