6. Roman Reigns Gets Booed At The Royal Rumble With The Rock By His Side

It was a moment that WWE probably doesn€™t want people to remember that well, but it's hard to forget it because of when it took place. The WWE fans at the Royal Rumble didn't want Roman Reigns to win the 30 man Rumble match even though he was the obvious choice. They wanted it to be their hero Daniel Bryan or perhaps somebody like Dean Ambrose or Dolph Ziggler. Since Reigns was pushed so much, the fans rejected him similar to Batista one year earlier. What was so unique about the whole thing is that WWE knew he'd be booed and still went ahead with the plan. They even called in The Rock to help silence the crowd while also helping Reigns get rid of Big Show, Kane and Rusev. After Reigns got the win, the fans booed some more. Even with The Rock in the ring raising the hand of his cousin, most people didn't cheer. When WWE aired the Rumble the next night on Raw due to a snowstorm that ruined Raw that night, they edited in different crowd noise because they didn't want the Raw audience to see it. Looking back on it now, Reigns has done a good job since the Rumble and he's really not booed that much anymore. It was just one of those nights that was unforgettable because the fans completely turned against this guy that was supposed to be the next big babyface star in WWE.
